Now, with a sharpened focus on owning our product lifecycle and empowering the defence industry to innovate and deliver mission-critical solutions faster than ever, you’ll help drive both technical innovation and commercial growth.
Your mission
You will partner closely with sales, participating in key technical customer meetings, while owning Expando’s technical strategy and product roadmap. Specifically, you will:
- Drive customer engagements through deep technical dialogue, guiding prospects from scoping to contract signature
- Lead development projects with ODMs
- Define requirements toward suppliers to optimize Expando’s offeringTranslate customer needs into smart, robust solutions. Challenging and guiding the customer to the best outcome
- Expand and improve our ODM base
- Shape company strategy
- Own and maintain our product roadmap
- Chair the Product Council and steer product development initiatives
- Stay ahead of industry and IT trends to add maximum value as a trusted advisor
What your bring
- Proven leadership: Experience leading development and technical projects
- Commercial & technical fluency: Comfortable driving both business discussions and deep technical dialogues with customers and ODM partners
- Technical passion: Genuine interest in electronics and computing, ideally within military or rugged environments
- Education & background:
- Degree in Electronics, Computer Science or equivalent hands-on experience
- Experience in technical sales or solution architecture
- Familiarity with military-grade electronics
- Swedish citizenship, fluent in Swedish and English & driver’s license required
