Validation and testing services include functional testing, electrical safety tests, EMI / EMC compliance, temperature, humidity, shock and vibration testing and qualifications according to:

When getting in touch with us, kindly ensure you have the following information ready:

  • Be prepared to provide the part number and Purchase Order (PO) number of your equipment.
  • Share a comprehensive description of the issue, including any error messages, operating system/software versions, hardware interactions, or other relevant details that can aid in resolving the problem.
  • Having your equipment and handbooks readily accessible will expedite the troubleshooting process.
  • If you have a service agreement with Expando, rest assured that you are entitled to the specified extra services and expedited turnaround times, as outlined in your agreement.
