About the role
Are you a hands-on, technically curious and positive problem-solver who enjoys order and precision? Do you want to work close to advanced technology, ensure top-quality deliveries and make sure everything runs smoothly from warehouse to customer?
As Product Inspection & Administration Specialist, you will:
- Inspect and test products before customer delivery
- Ensure quality standards are met and document test results
- Manage and organize warehouse operations with high accuracy
- Coordinate logistics and transportation – from booking to follow-up
- Handle administration in our ERP system (Visma.net) related to logistics and inventory
- Monitor delivery status and resolve deviations
- Contribute to improving routines and processes for inspection and logistics
Who you are
- Technical foundation: Passion for electronics, testing and system integration
- Logistics mindset: Familiar with warehouse and transport flows
- Communication: Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
- Requirements: Swedish citizenship & valid driver’s license
- Personality: Detail-oriented, positive, service-minded and hands-on with a “can-do” attitude
